Yes, we can provide free available samples to check the quality. However, for custom samples that follow specific customer requirements such as size, print design, thickness, structure, and other parameters, there will be a sample-making fee. The cost will vary depending on the type of bag and the customer’s requirements.

The production time is approximately 45 – 60 days from the sample approval date and receipt of payment from the customer.

We implement strict quality control processes through continuous inspection, monitoring, and performing checks throughout and before the goods are delivered to the customer. Our quality check standards ensure compliance with AQL and meet customer requirements.

A 30% deposit of the order value is required, with the remaining 70% paid before the goods arrive at the destination port.

From 2 to 3 weeks from when the sample production is confirmed.

At a minimum, you need to provide the bag size, material, quantity, and bag structure. Additionally, we can suggest and advise on other details.

As for export orders, we will deliver to a port in Vietnam or the warehouse of a Forwarder at a seaport in Vietnam or to the destination port in the receiving country.
